July 4th Cooked Brisket Special- Half Brisket

We are excited to partner with our friends at Smokin 3 C's for this July 4th Brisket Special. Whole and half briskets are available and will be pre-cooked and vacuum-sealed. You just have to reheat and enjoy! Briskets provided by City Meats & Market and prepared by Smokin 3 C’s can be ordered sliced or chopped to take all your July 4th festivities to the next level!

Order Deadline: Sunday, June 30th, while supplies last
Order Pick-up: Wednesday, July 3rd at City Meats & Market (200 W Hubbard St, Ste 105, Mineral Wells, TX 76067)

Raw weight for each whole brisket is approximately 13 lbs (half-brisket raw would be approximately 6.5 lbs)
