Delivery and Pick-up Policy
City Meats & Market is not responsible for product damage, theft or spoilage if the product received is not present during their selected delivery window. Deliveries will be made during the recipient's selected delivery window and left at the delivery location with contactless delivery. If you have a sudden change and your chosen delivery window no longer works please contact Hayden Brown at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to schedule a new delivery time. If City Meats & Market staff gets behind schedule and is not able to meet your designated time slot you will be notified ASAP via the contact information provided at checkout.
Order fulfillment is not guaranteed if the recipient misses their selected pick-up window by more than 30 minutes. However, we understand that things can happen so if you are no longer able to meet your designated pick-up time please contact Hayden Brown at email@example.com immediately to schedule a new pick-up time.
