Returns and Damages Policy

Return and Exchange Policy on Food Products:

Food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges so all sales are final, no acceptations. 

Damaged Product Policy:

Providing quality products and service is our number one priority. If you receive a product with damaged packaging or any defects, you must notify City Meats & Market within 24 hours of product delivery or pick-up. City Meats & Market can not be held liable for any product damage that occurs after that 24-hour window since food products are easily affected by handling and storage conditions. Please send an email to hayden@citymeatsandmarket.com as this will be the only accepted form of communication for damaged product claims.
