Returns and Damages Policy

Return and Exchange Policy on Food Products:

Food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges so all sales are final, no acceptations. 

Damaged Product Policy:

Providing quality products and service is our number one priority. If you receive a product with damaged packaging or any defects, you must notify City Meats & Market within 24 hours of product delivery or pick-up. City Meats & Market can not be held liable for any product damage that occurs after that 24-hour window since food products are easily affected by handling and storage conditions. Please send an email to as this will be the only accepted form of communication for damaged product claims.
